Invite a New User
A guide to inviting new users to your project.

Each of your team member using the platform needs an individual user account.

First, log in to and select the users navigation item.

In the "Users" tab, click the Add User button in the right corner.

Provide the new user's name and a valid email address to send your team member an invitation.

Platform Roles

  • Admin: Admins have permissions to take any action within their tenant.

  • Member: Members have all permissions except users and queue credential management.

  • Read-Only: Read-only members can only view resources, but cannot create, modify, or delete them. They can, however, create a client for programmatic read-only access.
